If your horse typically wears a 5" straight bit, a 5.25" or 5.5" Myler is usually the preferred fit to prevent lip pinching.

Q: Can I use the Myler MB 02 Combination Bit in competition?
A: This bit is a favorite for Show Jumping, Cross Country, and Barrel Racing because it provides excellent "brakes" and steering without making the horse defensive. However, please note that combination bits are typically not permitted in sanctioned Dressage phases; they are best used as a transitional schooling tool to soften the horse's outline before switching to a competition-legal bit.

Item Number/SKU: 89-33025

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0619/8748/7965/files/optimized_0df7a1d3-9580-405e-a0b4-cf1d41c39cf3.webp?v=1767069827
