The Ashquar Arabian Stallion mold becomes this year's Halloween Horse Spectre, haunted by screaming ghosts in the modern Halloween colors of sparkly orange and purple.  His white areas glow in the dark, adding ghoulish green to the mix.  He wears four socks with edges that look like eerie flames and a white face mask that provides a creepy, skull-like grin.
