Seriously Fast Shipping Whoa--that was fast! We treat your animals just like ours, and figure there's no time to waste when your horse or pet needs something! We even ship Saturday! Your order will almost always leave the same business day. We have trucks leaving multiple times throughout the day, to get your order in route to you just as quick as our hooves and paws can carry it!

Don’t worry about signing for it! If you’re not home, we’ll leave it at your door, in your mailbox, or with your doorman.

If you’re in the USA, many orders can qualify for FREE SHIPPING, on standard orders.

We also offer Expedited and Express shipping, when you really need it right away! We value your time. All Expedited and Express orders are monitored throughout the day, with a dedicated team that pulls that order within no more than 3 hours of receipt, physically pulling your order and moving it to the head of the line, getting it out on the next available pickup.

We ship USPS, so please confirm that you provide us an address to which you receive your mail, to expedited processing of your order. 

  • We are happy to ship your international order! If you are ordering outside the USA, please allow additional time for your order to get through customs. While some orders clear very quickly, others may not, and can result in a delay. MyHoovesandPaws is not responsible for any taxes or dues that may be associated with the shipment. Any and all fees associated with refused international orders will be deducted from the customers refund. 

  • APO/FPO 

  • MyHoovesandPaws will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are always sent USPS. Unfortunately, MyHoovesandPaws has no control over transit times for these orders due to their customs and military mail procedures.

  • Tracking 

  • MyHoovesandPaws sends virtually all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number, which will automatically be sent to you. Please check your email for this information.

  • If for any reason you are concerned about the status of your order, call us! We love to hear from our customers! 

  • MyHoovesandPaws does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
