Bet we have it! We stock over 18,000 items! Contact us at contact@hoovesandpaws.com or call us at 760-247-5523! We have new items and sizes arriving weekly, and many times the humans here haven’t kept up with our four-legged specialists, so it may be available; just not showing on our site yet.

How much is shipping?

Simple. FREE SHIPPING within Continental U.S. and no minimums! Expedited shipping available starting from $25! International Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Of course we do! We love to support our USPS!

Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to get my order?

We are dedicated to most orders processing and shipping the same day, and, unless you live outside the US, your order will arrive quickly. We also offer expedited and express shipping too, which moves your order to the front of the line, and out on the next available truck!

Can I track the status of my order?

Absolutely! Your order, unless it ships as a “flat”, will receive a tracking number as soon as it is processed. The tracking number will email to you so you can easily check the status of your order. Please check there, and of course you can also call us and we'll check it for you! We'd love to hear from you.

Who delivers my order?

We ship USPS, and UPS upon request. We love to support our federal business!

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

No you don’t, and neither does your pet! If you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man. Unless you specially requested a signature.

Do you work with shelters and other pet-related organizations?

Yes, we do and have done so for years!
