What are your customer service hours?

We’re ALWAYS open online, and we monitor our email for questions every day to ascertain you get the service you deserve. If you want to call us, we’re here Monday – Friday 9 – 5 PST and Saturday 9 – 3, and we always enjoy hearing from you! Need more hours? Leave a voicemail, and we’ll promptly call you back at a time convenient for you!

Don’t see the size or type you need?

Bet we have it! We stock over 18,000 items! Contact us at info@myhoovesandpaws.com or call us at 760-247-5523! We have new items and sizes arriving weekly, and many times the humans here haven’t kept up with our four-legged specialists, so it may be available; just not showing on our site yet.

How much is shipping?

Simple. Your order should calculate automatically, and many items are FREE SHIPPING, but for details, take a look at our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Of course we do!

Do you ship internationally?

Of course we do! If for any reason you have any problems or individual questions on shipping to any country, please contact us info@myhoovesandpaws.com and we’re happy to help!

What's Autoship?

Your dogs and cats need food and treats regularly, so let us help you keep the pantry stocked! Instead of having to drive to the store every couple of weeks, we make setting up auto-delivery easy as 1-2-3! You set the timeframe and quantities. You can pause, cancel, or change any part of your schedule. There's no charge to set up Autoship and we never, ever charge a membership fee. Questions, call us!

How long does it take to get my order?

We are dedicated to most orders processing and shipping the same day, and, unless you live outside the US, your order will arrive quickly. We also offer expedited and express shipping too, which moves your order to the front of the line, and out on the next available truck!

Can I track the status of my order?

Absolutely! Your order, unless it ships as a “flat”, will receive a tracking number as soon as it is processed. The tracking number will email to you so you can easily check the status of your order. Please check there, and of course you can also call us and we'll check it for you! We'd love to hear from you.

Who delivers my order?

We ship USPS, and with the care, dedication and convenience of the USPS, we offer the most efficient and reliable service available.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

No you don’t, and neither does your pet! If you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.

Do you work with shelters and other pet-related organizations?

Yes, we do and have done so for years!
