The Professional's Choice Comfort-Fit SMX Air Ride Saddle Pad in the Serpentine design was developed from the horse's back up. It is contoured to follow the curve of the spine, which helps it stay in place while your horse moves freely.
Inside is the SMX Air Ride core, made from the same type of material used in professional athletes' protective gear. Professional's Choice says it absorbs shock, improves saddle fit and lets air flow to the skin for a cooling effect. A fleece lining sits against your horse.
Two sizes are offered. The 30" x 34" pad has a 1/2" core for a closer feel, and the 33" x 38" heavy duty pad has a 3/4" core. The Serpentine design comes in Black, Coffee, Melon and Wine, though not every color is offered in both sizes.
