How it works

Email contact@hoovesandpaws.com — or just reply to any of our emails — with a link or screenshot of the lower price. A real person will verify it and apply the match, usually within one business day.

The fine print

• The item must be identical: same brand, model, size, and color.
• The item must be in stock and sold by an authorized U.S. retailer.
• The comparison price includes shipping and handling.
• Excludes auction sites, third-party marketplace sellers, clearance, liquidation, and going-out-of-business sales.
• One price match per item; price matches can't be combined with discount codes.
• Requests must be made before purchase or within 7 days of your order.
